Ordering is easy and SECURE when using our online shopping cart. You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can also order by mail, just follow the instructions below for check or money orders.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.com. Paypal is a secure way to use your credit card online and only takes just minutes to aquire a free account during our check out process.
Shipping:
We ship USPS. Delivery confirmation and tracking is included for all packages. Please click <Here> for tracking information.
Please note: tracking is only available if your package has indeed shipped and is not being processed).
Delivery Time:
Please remember that all of our items are made to your specifics, so they do take a little extra time. Most items ship within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, then allow for the appropriate delivery time. (Larger orders may take longer). Please be aware that order volumes increase during holiday times, so try to order early for holiday items. Allow 4 - 5 days for your items to arrive once they have been shipped. All items are shipped USPS Mail, however we cannot guarantee postal delivery times.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the fact that ALL items are custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our part with the final product, please notify us and we will help correct the situation. Also, we offer color charts for purchase to help with you in your decision making. If there are any other questions that you may have regarding a product, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Will you make a custom, made to match hair bow for me? TOP
ABSOLUTELY!! I love to custom match outfits! I will ask that you send an up-close digital picture of the outfit. I may ask for a sample of the fabric (if time permits) to get an exact match. What is your shipping time? TOP
I ship out most orders within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. Large orders may take a bit longer. If you will need your order shipped by a certain date, please contact me prior to purchase to set up an arrangement. What payments do you accept? TOP
We accept all payments through Paypal. It is a secured payment method, and if you don't already have an account through Paypal, is only takes a couple of minutes to get set up! Paypal accepts credit cards and even e-checks!! Click on the Paypal logo on the left if you have further questions or need to set up an account.Do you give volume discounts? TOP
In order to receive a volume discount, I require a 20 bow minimum purchase. Contact me with any specific inquiries. Who makes your bows? TOP
I design and make all the bows! I am very meticulous and quality is my number one priority! I only use quality ribbon and clips. All ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. These bows will last longer than you will need them!
